A private residence adjoining the east boundary of Northern Lights.  This fabulous home has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a large great room and a kitchen with center island and dishwasher.  The large deck across the front is accessible from the great room and the glass sliding door from the master bedroom.  Gas Grill.  There is a private dock and exceptional views.  This is private, yet only a short walk to the activities and beach.  Can sleep up to 8 people.
